The customer service was excellent, even though I ultimately did not make a purchase.

Unfortunately, the lights were not working properly, so one of my frien... read more Upon arriving at the restaurant in the forest, my friends and I decided to dine outside. Unfortunately, the lights were not working properly, so one of my friends tried to fix them. Despite our efforts to help, the manager accused us of tampering with the lights. I apologized on behalf of our group, even though we had not done anything wrong, and thanked him for his assistance. However, the manager reacted by shouting at us and refusing to accept our apology. This made us feel unwelcome and uneasy during our visit.
