First time there today on our way out of pinnacles national Park. Looks like it used to be a house? But makes for a cool setting. Good outdoors area to sit and enjoy the good weather that today offered, though my son wanted to sit inside and watch the soccer game. I was impressed with the food. I loved their salsa too. If your looking for authentic Mexican food and great service Cocuyos is a must go to. I have always had a great meal here. Yesterday I had the deep fried tilapia. It was delicious and so moist the fish fell off the bone. Usually, with fish I need to add sauces or lots of lemon but not in this case it was delicious without all those condiments. Plus, the corn tortillas taste like home made.
Fresh ingredients, completely delicious guacamole, house made tortillas and coffee brewed upon request, how can that be beat? Great prices, clean place, lovely staff, amazing flavor. I will absolutely be back!
The Food is Delicious and the Customer Service is Outstanding!!! If you?re passing through Soledad this is the place to stop at and have a Great Meal!!!

Was most welcomed the kind woman was overjoyed and went out of the way to explain the food and make us ?something special.? Food was fine, but the atmosphere is what will bring me back again and again!
