I'm sorry, but it's a complete horror, the staff is rude! Staff, I would fire everyone! At the reception, a generally disgusting person who does not know how to communicate with customers by word at all !!!!! You have to wait at least 3 hours for check-in! The territory is terrible, the complex too! But what outraged me the most was the attitude of the staff! I do not recommend anyone to come here! It is better to rent an apartment than to go here !!!!

BUT when we booked a room for 3 people (2 adults, a 6-year-old child), we were told the same amount, but in fact it turned out to be 2 times more expensive Well, nothing. You can eat only in one restaurant, the one near the big pool. And here the interesting part begins!!!! When you make an order, be prepared for the fact that the menu does not have all the items!!! That is, it is easier to say that there is almost nothing!!!!! The waiters are unaware of the availability of dishes or menu items. When you order a dish, you wait from 20 to 30 minutes, and then the waiter comes and says that this dish is not available!!!! The service in the restaurant is disgusting!!!! The prices do not match the quality of the food. AT ALL!!!!!When you make a remark about the service, everyone smiles sweetly and says that there is nothing we can do so go eat at the nearby recreation center!!! Damn, why do we have to go somewhere if we pay money (and not small) for accommodation? Now for pool service. They don't have clean towels for 2 days!!! Now about silence and peace on vacation. Repairs are underway here. The noise is incredible!!!! I think there is no point in commenting further. THINK 1000 times before booking here!!!
