The restaurant had a very unique and unusual decoration concept, with the waitresses dressed up like police officers. However, the food was mediocre.

This restaurant is my go-to spot. It's probably the best in Cherkasy. They have a great selection of local beers - I recommend trying the Makar Amber ale. My favorite dish is the deep fried cheese balls with shrimp, known as Three bosses, which are almost better than what you'd find in Vienna. The grilled vegetables plate is also delicious. Surprisingly, one person can easily be satisfied with just these dishes. The catfish with tartar sauce is another tasty option. I enjoy sitting on the second floor terrace, although there is smoking allowed. If that's a concern, the inside seating is just as nice. You can also ask for non-smoking tables on the ground floor terrace. They provide an English menu, and each floor has a slightly different menu. They accept cards as well. Enjoy your meal!

This is an intriguing restaurant with a great design and delicious food. However, the background music was too loud and clashed with a movie playing at the same time, making it difficult to have a conversation with my partner.

The price for local and traveler is not the same, they offer a higher price mean to traveler. So be aware of the English mean
