I'm not sure how many how much longer I will be traveling to Cherkassy but I will be sure to try another location in Kyiv. The tuna is second to none. The unagi is also some of the best I've had. There are so many dishes on the menu more than I've ever seen in any other Japanese restaurant. Everything I've tried has been unique and delicious. I've tried order many different things but it would take so many visits to fully explore the menu. And when you think you've been really impressed, try one of the desserts.
