What Tommy Horst doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza:
Terrible customer service. Placed a delivery order, 20 minutes late (so 70min total), delivery person dropped the food at hotel and bolted. They delivered us someone else’s food, which was nothing my kids will eat. Called back, put on hold, then hung up on. Guy on other line put our new order to the top, or so he said...wouldn’t refund our cost.....still waiting on the correct order Really bad View all feedback. Pizzas here are awesome. Special mention thin crust veggie pizza with chicken wings along with barbecue sauce. Awesome taste. After spent a long day in hiking near by hiking trail, we tried this pizza and to my disbelief it was awesome. Would recommend for food lovers. View all feedback.
