I gave a 4 stars because I usually have a good experience but Heidi the cashier was super rude rolled her eyes at me and then yelled at the costumer behind me. I get sometimes food service is stressful but you don't have to take it out on the costumers. I interacted with other baristas there and everyone else was super nice. View all feedback.
What Mason whillock doesn't like about Starbucks:
They didn't know how to make some of their own drinks on their menu and the older lady was being a complete biotch. I understand covid is going on and all, but she made my whole family leave and wouldn't let them tell me their orders. Wouldn't have been bad if there was cell reception, but there wasn't. She could have been nicer about it. Other than that, all the other staff is nice. View all feedback.
This charming and cozy Starbucks at the summit of the mountain is the ideal spot to relax after a day on the slopes. The baristas are incredibly friendly as well!
The seating arrangement was quite unique, as everyone was sitting on the floor, and it felt like no one was attending to customers. Additionally, they were low on several menu items, and I never had the chance to sit down and receive service.
This restaurant has a spacious layout with plenty of seating on weekdays when it’s less busy. However, as noted in other reviews, seating can be limited on weekends or during events, so I recommend ordering ahead and considering takeout. The staff were outstanding, and the ordering process was seamless. During my four visits, our group's orders were prepared quickly and accurately each time. The employees were friendly, which made for a delightful experience. We ordered both food and frappes, all of which were excellent—even our specific request for "light ice" was fulfilled perfectly. Thank you!
I recently visited the Starbucks in Snowshoe and was disappointed with the management. While the staff was consistently friendly, there was a noticeable lack of support from the higher-ups. The employees seemed overwhelmed, and many items were unavailable, including milk during my visit. When I inquired about the managers, I found out that Jennifer and Caleb were in charge, but their absence was evident. I really felt for the staff and wondered why there weren't more employees scheduled, especially during the busy ski season when the lines were long. It seemed like the team was left to manage everything on their own, which I found quite unfair. I genuinely sympathize with their situation.
The new location offers significantly more space, but unfortunately, it lacks warmth and character. The interior feels rather stark, almost like a warehouse. It could really use some decorations to create a more inviting atmosphere—especially given its setting at a ski resort; a cozier ambiance would be a nice touch. With bare walls, the environment feels cold and unwelcoming. As for the food and drinks, it's similar to what you'd find at any other Starbucks, so there's nothing surprising there. However, the service was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Even though it wasn't busy at the time, our server handled our order efficiently.
