The fries today are nasty however and in a very avoidable way: to prepare for the lunch rush they precook all the fries and then they drop them in the fryer again at the last minute to reheat them. I know this is what they did because the taste and texture is distinctive and bad. Yo rollbar chefs! Please do not do this!!

I’m a non skier and was hoping to be able to sit here, have a couple drinks and relax while my partner is on the slopes. Little did I know my presence wasn’t welcome. The servers repeatedly try to bring my check to kick me out. With plenty of open tables available — so it’s not that I was taking up precious skier space. I was a paying customer adding to my order so I could make sure to keep paying while I occupied the space. Nope, they didn’t want me to pay more money. They just wanted me out. Truly horrific experience and one of the rudest services I’ve ever experienced. Be warned.

Salad didn’t come with salad dressing, had to remind them about it. Chicken was as if it was sitting out waiting to be ordered before it was, yet took hour to just get it. Cold food. Slow service. Forgotten items. Remember that next V time you want to pay $20 per plate.

If you don?t mind waiting 20 minutes for a drink order and an hour+ for food on a slow morning then this place is for you. Two stars because the view is beautiful. We frequentthe resort but will pass on dining next time.
