What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I had the worst customer experience at Dunkin' today. There were two employees at the drive-through who were moving very slowly and seemed to be preoccupied with counting. They never greeted me or acknowledged me when I was there, and the lack of service made for a really unpleasant experience. I am only giving one star because of the poor service. Hopefully, Dunkin' can improve and turn things around. View all feedback. What User likes about Dunkin':
Owner was extremely kind, he is friendly and most of the customers there were definitely regulars. His establishment is clean, the food is fresh and the employees are friendly as well. My order was perfect. View all feedback.
