My phone was locked inside too, and I was unsure... read more In the middle of almost nowhere, I accidentally locked my keys inside my running vehicle while it was still on. My phone was locked inside too, and I was unsure of what to do. Thankfully, a kind passerby lent me their phone so I could call AAA. I honestly thought they might never arrive, but some of the employees—one named Renee, I believe—rushed to assist me. Others joined in to help as well. Fortunately, AAA showed up and got me back into my car, allowing me to hit the road again. Being hundreds of miles from home during a weekend of celebrations, the kindness of these strangers felt like a gift from heaven. I won’t forget Renee’s friendliness, and I plan to pay it forward.

Today, she even went to the register to hold the door for an older gentleman. It’s rare to find employees like her!
