The waitress never checked in to see how I was doing or if my order was on the way, even though the restaurant was not busy. Eventually, another waitress came by and asked if I was being taken care of. I explained that the first waitress had already taken my order. It turned out that the first waitress had miscommunicated, claiming she didn't know why I was still waiting. This was frustrating, especially since she was the one who had seated me in the booth. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and communication in an establishment like Denny's. I genuinely feel sorry for the other hardworking employees who have to deal with this kind of situation.

Was kinda quiet (no music, silent patrons) when we first came in but the mood lightened as more people came in and our waitress was great. We love all the gluten-free options marked on the menu.
