Subway Sandwiches Salads - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Subway Sandwiches Salads:
They either make your sub perfect or they screw it all up. I get 1 of 3 different subs each time I go and there's been multiple times that I get the same sub with the same everything on it and it taste totally different. I don't know if it's a matter of how fresh the ingredients are or how their put together. Because of the 2 broad ends of the spectrum I decided 3 out of 5 due to there being no in between. I ordered a sweet swirl and told the staff what toppings I wanted, specifically asking for tomatoes, but they accidentally put mayonnaise instead. I found it a bit difficult to hear the staff, so it's important to clearly confirm your order.
