I am not going to lie...I am disappointed they discontinued my garden vegetable soup and black bean soup...but I had a great sandwich and the autumn squash soup is yummy! Love my Paneras! View all feedback.

I was just brought a chicken sandwich from this place, from my lady who wanted to try it from there. she called her disappointing. I would call that an understatement. I never had a chicken sandwich as hard as this in all my decades, and the roll was rocky. I will not order this place in future. View all feedback.
Great customer service! I came in and the cashier let me try a sample of the soup because I wasn’t sure if I’d like it or not. Not only that, when I let them know I’m gluten sensitive they made my order away from everyone else so that there was no cross contamination. I didn’t really expect that to happen, usually in other fast food chains I will ask, I’ll be told no and I’ll have to find something else for lunch. The customer service here is really spot on! I will definitely be coming back! :
We frequent this restaurant often and have never had any complaints. The service is always excellent. Kudos to the management and staff for a job well done.

The cookies at this restaurant are amazing! The Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich was delicious and quite large. The flatbread pizza was just okay, but the sandwich was really good.
The delivery fee is almost $9 and the restaurant consistently gets orders wrong. I have never received a completely accurate order from this place. The food is average and expensive. They should consider reducing the delivery fee like other restaurants or offer free delivery for orders over $12 in order to improve their service.
