Feedback
Sienna in Smithfield offers a delightful dining experience marked by attentive service and a warm atmosphere. Guests have raved about the well-prepared seafood and flavorful drinks. However, some diners expressed disappointment with certain dishes, such as the Pollo Milanese, which lacked crispness. While the surrounding shopping plaza ambiance and views of the parking lot detracted from the experience for some, the overall sentiment remains positive. With consistently good meals and a welcoming staff, Sienna remains a popular choice for those seeking a quality Italian-American dining experience in Rhode Island.
Delicious drinks, salad, dinner and cappuccino! No room for dessert but they sounded incredible. Our server was very attentive and answered all our questions. A wonderful evening!
Overall I would rate Siena star! If you enjoy a quality drink, and maybe looking for a steak cooked exactly to your liking, I highly recommend Siena! I have been there many times and have never been disappointed! Everything on the menu is good!
Food was outstanding and our server Mimi was outstanding. Very helpful and very attentive. Although the woman who brought out the food who I assume was the expediter and also asks tables if they want fresh cracked pepper. She was a miserable person and not pleasant at all. If I was in a situation where I had to give them a tip I know I wouldn't have. Everything else was great though! Delicious food and specialty cocktails. Yummy.
Disappointed on a few levels. Greet staff need to learn how to interact snd greet customers. The three girl's at the door were not at all pleasant, not mean in any way, but almost acted of though it was a nuisance to greet and sit us. As we left, all three were too busy talking to each other to say thank you, good night, or even acknowledge our presence. Food, again big disappointment. I ordered the chicken saltimbocca. When you place one slice of burnt Italian ham on a piece of chicken, you cant call it saltimbocca, it has been my experience that a few other major ingredients should have been involved. Maybe the chef had an off night, it does happen. At one point someone else's order was brought to our table. Surely by accident, and it was immediately removed and brought to the correct table, but once again, no one was paying attention tonight. Overall ill give it a generous 3 out of 5. Absolutely no reason for us to come back with so many other dining options in R.I.
Went to Siena Saturday, June 22 at 7PM. We were seated immediately. It took a little while for a waitress to come to the table. Everything else was done in a good timely manner . Started with a salad, split with my partner. Plenty for both of us. Bread basket was delicious. Meals, Filet and short ribs were excellent. Would recommend any time.
