I ordered the Pick 2- Broccoli Cheddar Soup and Strawberry Poppy Salad without Chicken. I asked that the soup be microwaved, as I've often gotten lukewarm soups at various Paneras. My soup did come extra hot, just the way I like it. The salad was very good- lots of fruit and everything was very fresh. I also got a piece of bread with the meal. My husband also got the Pick 2. He ordered the Bistro Onion Soup with a Grilled Cheese Sandwich. His soup was also very hot and the grilled cheese was perfect. Also served with a large piece of bread. This was a very good Panera. Some have gone down hill lately and I've found the bread to be stale, the soup lukewarm and ingredients not so fresh. But everything was very good here. Just wish Panera would take some of the salt out of their recipes so I could eat in them more often. The food is good, just way more salt than anyone needs. Not a clean menu!!!
Great customer service. We stopped for a late dinner while travelling home. Food was good as was the service. My son dropped his wallet on the seat though. When I called to ask about it they found it and agreed they could mail it to us. I offered to pay all shipping. Desiree (sp) was so great, she took it to the Post Office and mailed it to us. She wouldn't let me pay for it. What kindness!! Thanks for everything!
I've ordered bangels through doordash.. panera gave my order to the wrong dasher and refused to remake my order. Instead, they wanted the wrong dasher to come bring the 13 bagles I paid to be fresh to give it to my dasher without remaking the bagels. Them bagels could have been tampered with, and they are no longer fresh. I have always been a big fan of panera, but at this location, they showed their nastiness. I will never order from this location again! Do better smithfield panera!
????Worst experience ever at any Panera I 've ever been to in my life. Three clueless girls in the back putting together orders and have no idea what they 're doing. You come to the window and charge me for my order and then I sit there for almost 8 minutes without anyone else coming back to the window Then, you come back to the window again and tell me another price and try to charge me for someone else 's order?? Are you stupid or just dumb?!Then once you actually hand me the bag of food, I ask, ok where are the drinks? ..I ordered 2 lemonades... And you look at me like you never did this job a day in your life. Not your fault though..I always blame the manager and the person who thought they would make a good manager. Customer service in food and beverage is at an all time LOW. You 're located in an area with people who have money..upper middle class.. HIRE PEOPLE THAT REFLECT THAT SAME ENERGY!!!!!!!!!!!! Moving from the south county Commons to up the street was smart. Now make another smart move and TRAIN YOUR UNEDUCATED EMPLOYEES!!!!To make matters worse, I had a passenger in the car that was severely sick and the staff were moving like molasses. I asked three times if they could hurry up and please hand us a drink because my passenger was sick and needed a beverage. No effort at all was made to move faster.Never going here again. Stopped in shortly before close on October 15th 2023. Bottom line is they were out of everything, no bread for sides couldn't make a sandwich had none of the soup anyone in our party was looking for. Ended up just ordering two salads, one a chicken Caesar the other the Fuji apple chicken. They used the wrong lettuce (iceberg)in the Fuji apple chicken salad which is supposed to have arugula. They said nothing. They also used blue cheese in the Fuji apple chicken salad and then they forgot the dressing. I'm not sure what you would call that salad but it was damn sure not what it was supposed to be on more than one level. What a miserable job and there were at least six people working in that restaurant when I stopped and went through that drive-thru. On the upside at least now my wife and daughter are is pretty soured on going back to Panera so I won't have to deal with it. In case Panera wants to look at it the order number was 1463262 and I was guest 262. I take it attention to detail is nothing they focus on in their training regime. Lastly when they handed the salads out the car they just stuck it out and said absolutely nothing. Top to bottom poor experience.

Usually very good service and very friendly staff. This one visit was disappointing because they had run out of my drink choice and the wait time was so long. It was my fault for going there at lunchtime, but well, it was my lunchtime. I had initially intended to dine in, but due to the long wait, I had to take it to go. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
The onion soup was disappointing, and the chicken salad, which had grapes, was nothing special. The croissant was too hard and overly crusty. I was actually frustrated with myself why I always insist on waiting to stop at Panera. But after coming here I remember. Clean, friendly service, fast, and delicious. So nice to find great employees/service.
I've been working near this place for several months, but I never stopped here. My visits to other places have dropped off this facility. I usually only eat Panera bread at a certain Raleigh location. I decided to eat lunch after a Friday afternoon. I was very impressed. The workers were organized and professional. The food was well prepared. I agree with an earlier reviewer. I can say that this place has good administration and a good team of workers. I'll eat more often here:
We've never eaten in a mediocre Panera Bread restaurant. Like the rest, this location is no exception. Good food, very courteous staff and clean tables. We eat at this particular Panera Bread when we are in the area. The pizza is really good along with the sandwiches. Highly recommended.
I stopped at this location on my way to FL for a quick lunch. I had my 3 month old daughter with me and was able to comfortably dine in due to their accommodating seating areas. Ordering was quick and easy. I did not have to wait long before my food was ready. I ordered the buffalo chicken flatbread and was not disappointed. It was hot and fresh. The crust was not over baked and there was an even mixture of toppings. I highly recommend giving their flatbread a try.

My order was delivered before the due time. The food was Excellent !!! My broccoli and cheddar soup was warm and my green goddess salad was perfect. Not to mention my fabulous brownie.
Always prepared quickly and warm when it gets here. So delicious!!
The food is tasty, but the prices are exorbitant! A "pick two" meal runs over $16, with $8 just for a half sandwich and another $8 for soup. My boyfriend ordered a toasted stack melt with a half salad, and that single meal ended up costing more than $24!
I had a fantastic experience with the margarita flatbread pizza (without tomatoes) and a peach and blueberry smoothie with almond. Both were absolutely delicious! I was initially hesitant to try the smoothie, but I’m so glad I did—it was incredibly flavorful. The basil on the pizza was amazing, and I easily give it five stars. Their pizza sauce is the best I’ve ever tasted, and the fresh flatbread combined with just the right amount of cheese made for a delightful brunch! Both items were definitely worth the price. The customer service was exceptional, with very friendly employees. I chose to get takeout.
The food was prepared and delivered quickly. The Kids' Broccoli Cheddar Soup was delightful, and my oldest son truly loved the Mac and Cheese. The combination of the soup, Mac and Cheese, Green Goddess Salad, and Chicken Noodle Soup created a healthy and satisfying meal.

Disappointed in this location. Picture of my meal included this is without eating anything. Ordered a Baja bowl for rapid pick up and received about half of one. Pic not included but got a ?premium? side that was half full at best. I?ve ordered thissame meal from other locations and received twice as much food. Will not be able to order from this location again. Prices forPanera are already high, I certainly can?t justify them for a meal that won?t even fill me up. Two stars because everythingstill tasted fine, even if there wasn?t much of it.
If This Were my first trip to Panera it would have been my last. I was disappointed in the quality of my food. The store did not have a pleasant smell when we entered. It smelled like old garbage. Even though the store wasn't busy they still got both of ourorders wrong. I had to request a clean spoon twice before I asked for a plastic spoon. It will be a long time before I return tothe store.
I really like this location and generally have a great dining experience. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the service is usually quite good. However, during my latest visit, we had to wait quite a long time for our food. We arrived before noon, and it seemed like there were a lot of catering and take-out orders being processed at that moment.
When I asked the manager if my sandwich looked normal, he casually remarked that it was simply missing the avocado, as if a sandwich consisting of just a little meat on plain bread was acceptable by their standards. They did offer to prepare a new one for me, but unfortunately, I couldn't wait because I had kids in the car. I was so frustrated by their indifferent response that I didn’t even want a replacement. Having spent 12 years in the restaurant industry myself, I can confidently say that this is NOT how to provide good customer service or address a complaint. To make things worse, the bagged chips I received were stale. I've encountered several issues with Panera in the past, and I won't be returning due to the mediocre, overpriced food and lackluster service.
I ordered a Green Goddess chicken salad, but when I got home, I realized there was no chicken in it. My husband ordered a steak sandwich, which had very little steak. They also didn’t have the bread for the original sandwich I wanted. The only two decent items we received were the turkey sandwich and broccoli soup. Overall, it was a disappointing $50 meal. We won’t be coming back.

The restaurant is consistently spotless and organized. The staff is exceptionally friendly, even when it's busy. I had an incident where my card wasn't accepted, and a generous gentleman at the register offered to use his card to pay for my meal. It was the kindest gesture I've ever encountered! I highly recommend this place.
