The staff who prepared and served our food were very patient while I took my time exploring their extensive menu, which covered an entire wall. I decided to order a Chicken Parmesan calzone and some mac and cheese. The calzone was bursting with flavor, filled with generous pieces of tasty chicken. The mac and cheese was also good, though it could have used a little more seasoning. The prices were fair. The only downside was that there was no public restroom available.

The moment you walk in, you're welcomed by an array of sandwich descriptions and names displayed on the wall, including some smaller size options. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich, and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful, which really enhances the overall experience. If you're on the hunt for an amazing sandwich, be sure to check this place out!

I'm giving four stars b... read more I've eaten Js deli almost all my life in Cumberland. Now unfortunately only the Smithfield site remains. All their sandwiches are great. I'm giving four stars because I picked up my sandwich last week. Prices rose to $14.03 after tax for a sandwich. Admittedly, they're big, but I can eat the whole thing. Because of the price, I had half for lunch another half for dinner. Besides being expensive, it is a large local deli that always has a northern Rhode Island stack. Thank you for the years of great sandwiches js, please stop the price!

Once... read more I was recommended to try J's Deli and arrived with no particular expectations. I went there for dinner and was pleasantly surprised to find parking easily. Once inside, I quickly realized I had discovered a true gem. The deli featured a wonderful selection of fresh meats, and a friendly woman at the counter warmly greeted me, patiently explaining the various options. The menu and the impressive variety displayed on the wall made choosing a challenge. I opted for the senior sandwich, which was absolutely delicious. The prices were very reasonable as well. With so many other items on the menu, I'm excited to come back and try more.
