When we arrived in the cafe on Sunday morning to have a coffee and snack before going on the Skyrail the only staff member was standing at a table talking to friends while all other tables were vacant but hadn't been cleaned from previous customers....We had to wait minutes for her to finish her chat and then she went behind the counter to take our order rather than wipe down the tables.
