The Sidings is a relaxed restaurant that serves simple yet delicious dishes. They have a range of reasonably priced appetizers and daily desserts. I particularly enjoyed the steak burger and chips, which cost €11.50. The staff were friendly, and the venue was clean and well-decorated. Overall, it was a lovely evening with a pleasant dining atmosphere.
The Siding's Restaurant appears to be Sligo's best kept food secret. Food is great, lovely presentation and portion size and decent prices. Well worth a try if you haven't been here yet.
