I really enjoyed the atmosphere when I first entered this location, but I initially had concerns about the service. A woman at the register refused to give an elderly couple a cup of water, which struck me as odd. However, I didn’t let that bother me too much. I had a $20 gift card and offered to buy the elderly couple something to drink and eat. Although they politely declined my offer for food, they were happy to accept a drink. I also brought my sister lunch, including a cookie and a drink, while she was on her school break. I'm so proud of you, Sissy! On the other hand, I could tell that the woman at the register knew I wanted to order food for myself, but she ignored me. I chose not to dwell on it and stepped outside. As the elderly couple was leaving, my mother noticed them and mentioned that the elderly lady is my godmother! It had been so long since we last connected. After reconnecting with my godmother, I decided to try ordering my sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong sub one last time, and I was successful, even though I had to pay extra. I also bought my mother some cookies, which made her happy. While I was taking pictures, the woman at the register asked what I was photographing. I politely explained that I was doing it for Google Reviews, but unfortunately, she didn’t understand and insisted that I leave immediately. At that point, I was quite upset. I didn’t understand why she was treating me as if I had done something wrong. I had paid for my food and was merely trying to capture moments of my experience. The staff was terrible. I asked the person who came to help me if he could put on fresh gloves after coming from the back, and he was very rude and disrespectful in his response.
