2.5/5, .5 for service__I honestly come here to watch games at the bar without the rowdy crowds.

I hate that I did not take a picture of my food! I ordered the Red Thai Curry with Shrimp and it was delicious.

We have booked this beautiful boutique hotel for a few days to get away from it all and it is not disappointed. the atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is attentive and friendly. when we visited a previous one, we tried to try the dinner menu at the time, as it was quite brilliant and we were not disappointed! the standard is of a very high quality and, although not cheap, it is worth every penny. we would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to be chilled and treated with great food, drinks and service.

We were in Scotland for Christmas week as a little holiday and duisdale house was recommended for Christmas day lunch. the personal could not have been more beautiful than we arrived. eating was such a high standard and they met our nutritional requirements. we were a little concerned that it wasn't the kind of venue for our 2 year old son, but the staff was so friendly and interacting with him. the eating and the staff were excellent and we feel very happy to have spent the Christmas day there. even the mint cake and coffee through the open fire in the lounge that we all had while we played board games showed how well the personal treated us. the best we ever had. it would be highly recommended.
