I found myself in Scotland and managed to secure a last-minute reservation at the Red Skye Restaurant, which was probably the final one available for the day. The tomato and smoked paprika soup of the day was, by far, the best tomato soup I have ever tasted. The steak and chips were perfectly cooked and portioned. The menu had a limited selection, and some dishes were unfamiliar to us, prompting a quick Google search about their Scottish origins. While the flavors of our food were delightful, we still felt a bit hungry afterward. Regarding parking, there’s a small entrance to the lot with around six spaces available. The service is impeccable, and the dishes are exceptionally good, with refined flavors and carefully selected spices. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. For dining in, the price per person is between £70 and £80. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.
