Literally paid fkn 5 bucks to get a caramel iced latte and it has no caramel or anything but ice and milk and cold foam on top

The donuts were not fresh—despite being there at 10:00 AM, they tasted like they were from the day before.

Service was extremely slow, and I frequently received the wrong drink sizes.
