I had... read more We visited this restaurant to order takeout. Although it's a bit farther from our usual area, I really wish it were closer because the food was fantastic! I had the salmon sushi, which was incredibly soft and tender. The sesame chicken sauce was delicious, and the chicken itself was high-quality with a thin and flavorful breading. We didn't dine in, but the restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere. My only small disappointment was the ginger dressing; I usually love it, but theirs didn’t quite suit my taste. However, that’s just a matter of personal preference.

Each of us chose dishes from the Specials menu, which featured hand-made noodles. My Cumin Beef and Won Ton soup were outstanding! My wife's dish, while a bit oily for her liking, was also very satisfying. The sushi bar looked professional and appealing, clearly well-regarded. Our server was attentive, taking care to note our preferences, and everything was delivered promptly and accurately. The restaurant offers two menus: one featuring traditional Chinese-American dishes and another showcasing a variety of authentic Chinese options. Be sure not to miss the hand-made noodles!
