Ordered 1 medium pan pepperoni pan pizza and ended up getting a drowned in sauce square pepperoni with pizza. I didn't ask for my pizza to be cut in squares nor did I order a family box deal pizza. If you were out of pan pizza crust as a manager you should have contacted the customer and let them know that not just assume that they would be OK with that.
