The staff here is friendly and welcoming. Since it's Whataburger, there’s usually a bit of a wait, but this location is so much better than the one in Beeville. I’d gladly drive 30 minutes for food from here rather than eat at the Beeville location. This place in Sinuston is always clean, and the staff is nice—I've never had an order messed up. What patrick matocha doesn't like about Whataburger:
This Whataburger has really declined over the years. I've been a customer for the past 40 years, but it's just not the same anymore. Out of my last 10 orders, more than half had issues, including the last three. When I called to address the mistakes, I was met with a bit of an attitude. We pass by two Whataburgers on our way to Sinton because we prefer dining here before heading home. Every time we visit, both the food and service are excellent!
I received my order exactly as I wanted it, so I have no complaints. Great job, Whataburger! Keep up the good work!
My order was prepared quickly, but the burgers were lukewarm. They didn’t provide any straws, napkins, or regular ketchup. One of the staff mentioned they were out of straws without even checking. Eventually, he found three and gave them to me, but didn't offer any more. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.
Service was a little slow, but the food was hot and fresh. This Whataburger location is my husband's favorite for the patty melt.
Use to work there n can say it's a wonderful and great flow of work ethics that make the job so easy fun and makes the quality of the food great and satisfying
