Butter Churn In S - Sinton

This restaurant is a hidden gem! I have been visiting Rockport, TX on the coast for years and always pass through the town of Sinton. Coming from San Antonio, I am usually hungry and rush through the town to get to Rockport for a meal before fishing. I decided to try this place out on a whim because I couldn't wait to eat. Let me tell you, it is an amazing country buffet! The building looks small from the front but it is huge inside! They offer all the homemade comfort food that Mom or Grandma would make, including desserts, a salad bar, and free refills on drinks. They even have a soft ice cream machine that you can enjoy with apple or peach cobbler, which is what I like to do. The staff is very friendly as well. If you are heading to Rockport, TX and the kids and wife are getting hungry and restless, this is a fantastic place to stop and enjoy some real comfort food that caters to everyone's tastes.

I thoroughly enjoy the diverse range of dishes at this restaurant, but I wish there was more information available about the daily specials. The fried pork chops were delicious and the fried fish is a must-try item on the menu.
