The ice coffee and cappuccino are also top. I also ate there and it was always delicious. Many say it would only be for old people, and it is old-fashioned and operation too slow. I think so. Happy a... read more I love small sweet cafés, so we decided to visit Café Hanser. The sun shined, the open-air seating in front of the café was cozy and so we felt invited. Happy and satisfied we made our order to the waitress. Oh man, this certainly showed in a very lunatic stressed condition. In the café I was looking for a possible cake counter to be able to express my order reliably, but the cake counter I could not discover so I asked the waitress when ordering. Unfriendly she plaused me: “Cuches are in the store”. Again I went to the café and after searching I discovered a darkened door where there was “Laden”. Well, who for the first time can come to this café knows nothing about this “land”. Of course it had beautiful cakes and other treats there but the annoyed waiters shouldn't work there as they miss this whole cozy flair. You can have a bad day but then you should be honest and avoid contact with people, in the kitchen there is certainly also work on bad days. So a sweet cafe with a shop (lecker cake) and so an unfriendly waitress, a pity!!!!

I come directly from the Vienna holiday for a small stop on my journey home and I am in this cafe near the Hbf, as I had to bridge time. I must say the cakes and the pastries from the Viennese cafes cannot keep with those from the Hanser confectionery. The espresso was very good. The ambience was very relaxed and I had a great time! Can I ask anyone!
