This is the place you should visit if you're up for some good quality cantonese food with a contemporary twist. I highly recommend the char siew as it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and pretty much melts in your mouth. Located in the heart of Orchard and Somerset at the Grand Park Orchard Hotel, this restaurant is famous for its roasted meat, particularly the Char Siew. The meat is tender and fragrant, with a top layer of glazed sugar that adds a sweet crisp. On weekends, there is a dim sum buffet at an affordable price where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat Char Siew and other Cantonese delights. The ambience of the restaurant is classy and modern, reflecting its new take on Cantonese and Japanese cuisines. The staff is professional and friendly, with floor manager Ryan standing out as a role model. While the service was a bit slow due to understaffing, the overall experience was top-notch. I will definitely return to this five-star restaurant and hope to experience it at its best.
I was invited to have lunch at this restaurant for the second time. The ambiance and service are excellent. The food is also good. I tried the 5-course lunch and particularly enjoyed the soup, fish, and cheese tart. The dessert with the dry ice was visually stunning. However, I still prefer the dim sum items I had during my first visit, especially the duck and char siew.
I arranged a dinner at this restaurant earlier this year. The service was attentive and good. The food was delicious, with some creative dishes. Recently, we returned for lunch to sample their dim sum. While the menu is limited, the chef has put together a modern dim sum menu that is popular in Hong Kong. Overall, the quality was very good. This will definitely be one of our go-to places for tasty dim sum.

The char siew is a must try. It is as sugar crust like creme brûlée encrusting a tender juicy pork meat. Another dish that is a must try is the duck with truffle sauce. The duck skin is so crispy it was the highlight. Highly recommended
