Mixed reviews were given regarding the service, with some finding it exceptional but others feeling it didn't justify the cost. Some guests were disappointed with undercooked steaks and slow service during lunch. Discrepancies between the website menu and the actual offerings were noted, causing some disappointment. On the positive side, the food was generally well-prepared and delicious, with standout service from some staff members. Despite some mishaps, many still enjoyed their overall dining experience at Ruth's Chris.
Great food and service. Nice dessert detail for us as celebrating our Anniversary.
The service was immaculate...I can not recall anywhere better. But I can only really recommend this restaurant to those with significant discretionary funds, as I have purchased used cars for the amount we spent on 2 people for dinner.
I have celebrated birthdays and anniversaries at Ruth’s Chris on multiple occasions over the past few years. This year was the worst experience ever. Gone were the warm service from experienced staff, personal touches to mark a special event and most shockingly, poor quality of beef served! The restaurant seemed short staffed, with many what seemed to me as part timers. There’s nothing done help to commentate the occasion which was indicated on the reservation , not even a polite “happy anniversary” was uttered. The 16 ounce medium rare ribeye was under salted and tasted bland, overcooked and tough. Prices were also higher, understandable with global inflation. However it’s not forgivable when Ruth’s Chris charges higher prices for inferior quality of food and poor service.
Terrific food, steak was amazing and service was excellent with super friendly staff.
We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our orders came in timely manner, and they were well prepared and delicious. Only “complaint” is the lack of possible sauces to go with the steak it would be nice to have something other than peppersauce
