Mixed reviews were given regarding the service, with some finding it exceptional but others feeling it didn't justify the cost. Some guests were disappointed with undercooked steaks and slow service during lunch. Discrepancies between the website menu and the actual offerings were noted, causing some disappointment. On the positive side, the food was generally well-prepared and delicious, with standout service from some staff members. Despite some mishaps, many still enjoyed their overall dining experience at Ruth's Chris.
Very very dissapointing and being told certain food was prepared a day earlier! For the so called class of place and price is just not acceptable..
Arrived to stained table cloth and a notice they were closing soon so I had to order in mins and leave before Not a great way to sit down to Christmas dinner. Ordered medium rare steak, got rare steak. Sides were ok. Out of bread pudding
Excellent experience, both food and service were impeccable
