A hidden gem in the area! Every dish was really good and we really enjoyed our meal. The yaki tofu miso was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a rich miso flavor. Yaki somen whisky was surprisingly good with its high quality whisky taste. Braised pork had melt-in-your-mouth fats alongside the umami lean meat. Owner was really friendly as well. Definitely will be back often! View all feedback.
Didn’t expect much so just ordered a few items that are recommended (with chef’s hat in the menu). The pork tonkatsu is nice. The yuzu chicken is awesome and the aburi salmon sushi roll is fantastic. The Chilean sauv blanc went well with the lunch and the service is good too!
I've tried for the first time today : I thought there might be small dishes like a bar. But it's not. We ordered unagi don, Donkatsu curry, Mentai salmon rolls and Yakitori. (I forgot to take pics sorry! The portions were really generous and the food was yummy. I would come back again!
Best to make a booking for dinner as tables filled up fast after 6pm. Food is generally delicious especially the Yaki soba and the yakitori. However the chef recommendation mentaiko salmon sushi roll is at most above average. Would come again for other food on its menu.

Must try: whiskey somen and fried chicken wings! Other yakitori stuff are nice too except for the chicken gizzard that smells a bit funky.
