Good reviews are well deserved for innovative Szechuan food. It is something special for an easy date night, ambience is good, music is lively, service is fast abs attentive. Since the dishes are fusion style, I find that some ingredients are giving imbalance taste, nevertheless we finished all because it’s flavourful. Will come again for sure View all feedback.
Unexpectedly fantastic dining at Birds of Spring, a restaurant that specializes in fusion Sichuan cuisine on Amoy Street. Even those who are usually wary of spicy food will find something to enjoy here.

This excellent Sichuan-based fusion restaurant is located in the trendy area of Pass Amoy Street. The interior is surprisingly spacious, much larger than it appears from the outside, and the service is quite good.
I dined here for the first time after reading numerous positive reviews, and it definitely lived up to its reputation. The reviews are absolutely deserved! The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the food is simply delicious. The service is outstanding; everyone is friendly and attentive. It’s definitely worth the price. I highly recommend it and will certainly return! 10/10!
This restaurant is fantastic, offering exceptional service. I typically don't prefer fusion cuisine, but this place truly excels at it. The tasting "feed me" menu is outstanding and comes with very generous portions. I highly recommend it.
