What Ken Adams likes about Jing Hua Xiao Chi:
Don 't be intimidated by the shop 's decor which may not entice you to walk in and try their dishes. If you love Chinese dumplings (fried or steam ; vegetarian or non-vegetarian) you got to try them. I also like their Crispy Red Bean Pancake, which has the 'mochi ' texture (there is another version using Lotus Paste) . They do not have a wide menu but it should settle for a meal.. I also love their Hot and Sour Soup... View all feedback.
