I recently tried Sichuan cuisine for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it! Overall, all the dishes we ordered were delicious and flavorful, although some were similar in taste. My favorite dishes were the Pork Belly with Garlic, Fried Eggplant, Dumplings (not pictured), and Green Pepper Fish Soup.
