Came at around 3pm, was quite full, but luckily had an empty seat. The teas are light and refreshing, we had the Earl grey lavender tea, matcha cold brew, and the lemon ginger mint tea. In my opinion, the Earl grey was the best. But all were good. Food is good. Have always been a fan of their mochi croissants since way back. Serving is decent to huge for some. Ambience n staff were great, but place is not huge on space, so best to make a reservation if u know u r gg at peak timings
Perfect dessert over here called Mochi Donut w Soft Serve. No doubt why it’s always packed with people, but possible to still dine in. Flavours of soft serve defer time to time, but matcha fanatics cannot miss this as they have great Yuri Matcha drinks too. Delighted to know Brother Bird reopened after closing for a short while last year. Do support! *Yet to be lucky to try their croissants as it’s sold out once again. Will be back for this!
Absolute love love love the soft serve here. The must try would be the mochi signature soft serve. It looks like a donut but soft and chewy like mochi. You definitely donut (lol) want to skip this. One of the great thing about the place is that new flavours are always introduced and flavours are always good. For main dishes, the hainanese chicken risotto is really yummy. You'll be pleasantly surprised. Be prepared that you might have to wait for a seat. Depending on the timing, seats might take at least 30mins.
The mochi was good as advertised, crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The chicken stew was a positive surprise with very rich flavor. The cheese croissant was hard and cold so a bit underwhelming. We came during Friday lunchtime and there was no queue.
