I tried to order it on the app and no coupon code to show. The manager Michelle couldn?t help me. I called customerservice and the other Michelle wrote a report for documentation. Never did they say I?m sorry for your trouble let me offer youthis??? Nothing anything! i work with customer service and our franchise would never do this! Very displeased and they won?t getmy business again unless I?m honored this original offer they keep advertising about!

I was sitting at the speaker for 15 before anyone took my order. I am not sure if this location is understaffed, but the time ittakes to get through the drive through, makes me not even want to eat at Bojangles anymore. Also, the lack of consistency inwhat time Bojangles is supposed to close (what it says on the internet) versus when they actually will start closing, which isat six or 630 is so annoying

The service has always been friendly, but I've noticed a decline in both food quality and service over the past few months. Unfortunately, the food isn't worth the price anymore. I've visited three Bojangles locations in the area, and the experience has been consistently disappointing at all of them.

Everything else was fantastic, but I'm giving it 4 stars because there was no gravy provided for the mashed potatoes, either on the side or on top.

On my most recent trip, I noticed the person in the back who was preparing the food was distracted by their phone the entire time, which seems to happen frequently. This time, the card machine was down, so we had to pay with cash. As a result, there weren't many cars in line, and we received our food quickly, but unfortunately, it turned out to be stale and our order was incorrect. I tried to call to discuss the issue, but the phone just kept ringing without anyone answering.
