I came and placed a very simple order and was told to pull up and wait which was no problem until I waited for over 30 minutes and called over 10 times and got... read more I came and placed a very simple order and was told to pull up and wait which was no problem until I waited for over 30 minutes and called over 10 times and got zero response while well over 15-20 people were served. I then proceeded to go inside and nobody knew what I ordered and everyone was extremely disrespectful/unprofessional. I wouldn?t recommend stopping at this Bojangles for breakfast if you have work or school that morning.

I was given items wrapped in apparently what is considered a non microwavable/flammable wrapper. I did not eat the biscuit during the morning after purchase but proceeded to reheat it later. I placed the biscuit in original wrapping (seemingly a waxed material-plain white, no logo) in microwave in the wrapper from which it was given. I set the timer for 20 seconds and began to walk away. As I stepped away, I noticed flames inside of the microwave. The wrapper, bag- all was Ablaze. I don't feel that I made a bad choice but rather was given an unsafe material for microwaving-there was no warning label marked as unsafe. I called corporate in Charlotte to express my concern. It's now been four months. No corporate response, no local response. My appliance is damaged! Other than timing, I've had no problems with service. I've kept all remaining contents for processing. Like, share, Beware!

I recently visited from Northern California, and I was amazed when the two HUGE boxes were delivered to our table—they were even bigger than what I'm used to at... read more I recently visited from Northern California, and I was amazed when the two HUGE boxes were delivered to our table—they were even bigger than what I'm used to at our local Popeyes for the same amount of food. The chicken was the best I've ever had in my 60 years! And the sweet tea was fantastic. I know I’ll miss this place when I head back west.

I tried to order it on the app and no coupon code to show. The manager Michelle couldn?t help me. I called customerservice and the other Michelle wrote a report for documentation. Never did they say I?m sorry for your trouble let me offer youthis??? Nothing anything! i work with customer service and our franchise would never do this! Very displeased and they won?t getmy business again unless I?m honored this original offer they keep advertising about!

I was sitting at the speaker for 15 before anyone took my order. I am not sure if this location is understaffed, but the time ittakes to get through the drive through, makes me not even want to eat at Bojangles anymore. Also, the lack of consistency inwhat time Bojangles is supposed to close (what it says on the internet) versus when they actually will start closing, which isat six or 630 is so annoying
