Not only was he fast, friendly and overall so kind, he went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. We were celebrating my birthday as aparty of 7 and he made our experience so wonderful. The food was also very delicious! Will absolutely be returning! Thank youVictor and staff!

When one noti... read more Three staff members at the door, none communicated to us when we walked in. No hello or how may we help you. Just on their phones with heads down. When one noticed us, she picked up menus and started walked away without saying a word to us. We didnot follow. She walked to a booth before noticing we were still at the door. Later, the other staff picked up her head and toldus that we can follow her. The area were we were seated (near kitchen door) had a sour, foul smell. The rolls were delicious. The waitress was very friendly and polite. She was the first person to say hello to us in the restaurant. We appreciated that. At departure, we did get a have a nice day farewell.

We decided it was long enough to give it anothe... read more Wow, I haven?t been here in about 10 years because the last time I came my chicken breast was raw in the middle. We decided it was long enough to give it another shot and wow? I think it?s worse. First, the rolls used to be good. They were light andfluffy. Now they are small and dense (still the better part of the meal? at least I could eat that). I ordered chicken tendersand steak and the steak looked like it was boiled and had lines drawn onto it. The chicken tenders were too crispy and hard withvery little meat in them. I ordered a side salad and broccoli with it. Both were ok, better than the rest of the meal. My wifegot a chicken breast and asparagus and she couldn?t even eat it. The asparagus was just awful. I?m not sure how this place hasso many good reviews?? The service was good this time and at least they serve Coke products, which is why it got 1 star (maybecould?ve done 1.5 stars for that, but definitely not 2). However, restaurants are all about the food and this ain?t it.

Our salmon was ok but the loaded mashed potatoes was THE BEST!! The Asparagus was well seasoned. Absolutely no complaints about the food orservice we received. Good customer service is hard to find now but X definitely raised the bar to EXCELLENT!! We observed he wasthis way with every table and we couldn't help but smile every time he came to our table. When we are back in the area, I woulddefinitely dine here again and hope we get the same spectacular service!!
