I had a great experience with the food at this restaurant! It was delicious and certainly justified the price and wait time. However, I found it quite frustrating that I had to wait an extra 30 minutes due to an error with my order. I truly enjoy finding small businesses like this one. The service, food, and overall ambiance were all outstanding. I had a great experience with the food at this restaurant! It was delicious and certainly justified the price and wait time. However, I found it quite frustrating that I had to wait an extra 30 minutes due to an error with my order. I recommend double-checking your order before leaving the drive-thru, as I've encountered this issue three times in the last two weeks.
The two bagels were just mediocre. The drive-through service was lacking. I understand that many establishments are facing staffing shortages, but waiting at the window for two untoasted bagels with no toppings was totally unacceptable. If you plan to try Hooked, don't anticipate quick service.
After reading numerous glowing reviews, I decided to give Get Hooked a try. I visited on a Saturday morning and opted for the drive-thru, which was incredibly convenient. I mentioned to the friendly staff member that it was my first visit and asked for her recommendations. She was very helpful, which was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed a delicious bagel sandwich and a piping hot almond milk latte, complete with a clever little sugar ball attached to the lid to sweeten my drink. The wait was a bit longer than I anticipated, but since everything is made fresh, it was definitely worth it. I’ll definitely be returning!
The service and food at Get Hooked are decent, but the management is completely unacceptable. I witnessed a cashier, who was clearly under 18, being harshly scolded by a customer for something that wasn’t her fault. Rather than removing her from the situation, management forced her to stay, with tears streaming down her face, and apologize to the customer for something she didn’t do. The manager didn’t even check if she was okay afterward; they just left her to cry. This place should NOT be employing minors if they aren’t going to protect them.

The food is good. The prices are way up there and the employees aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer. They have a really bad habit of not paying attention to special requests.
The bagels are delicious. Try the jalapeño cream cheese if you like spicy! The people who work here are so sweet and nice. They really make this place special.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My friend and I order food and it was absolutely amazing. I ordered the BLT Breakfast Bagel with Chipotle Mayo and Jalapeno Cream Cheese. They forgot the tomatoes on the BLT though. Overall, It was euphoric experience. The bagel was crispy on the outside and super fluffy soft on the inside. My friend got the a burrito, the cinnamon French toast wrap. It was stuffed with Nutella, banana, strawberries and blueberries , topped with powdered sugar, Passion fruit lemonade plus tater tots. The food arrived warm and yummy. The tots were so freaking crispy on the outside and soft on the inside is was like magic. She always loved it a lot. We plan on ordering from there a lot in the future. We shared our experience with our whole office as well.
Love this place! Try the Paradise Bagel in the morning with a great cup of your favorite coffee!
Love the coffee and the bagel sandwiches they have here! The food is fresh and the coffee is perfect. Not too strong and not too sweet. Just right. Highly recommend this place
