My friend and I order food and it was absolutely amazing. I ordered the BLT Breakfast Bagel with Chipotle Mayo and Jalapeno Cream Cheese. They forgot the tomatoes on the BLT though. Overall, It was euphoric experience. The bagel was crispy on the outside and super fluffy soft on the inside. My friend got the a burrito, the cinnamon French toast wrap. It was stuffed with Nutella, banana, strawberries and blueberries , topped with powdered sugar, Passion fruit lemonade plus tater tots. The food arrived warm and yummy. The tots were so freaking crispy on the outside and soft on the inside is was like magic. She always loved it a lot. We plan on ordering from there a lot in the future. We shared our experience with our whole office as well.

I visited on a Saturday morning and opted for the drive-thru, which was incredibly convenient. I mentioned to the friendly staff member that it was my first visit and asked for her recommendations. She was very helpful, which was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed a delicious bagel sandwich and a piping hot almond milk latte, complete with a clever little sugar ball attached to the lid to sweeten my drink. The wait was a bit longer than I anticipated, but since everything is made fresh, it was definitely worth it. I’ll definitely be returning!

I witnessed a cashier, who was clearly under 18, being harshly sco... read more The service and food at Get Hooked are decent, but the management is completely unacceptable. I witnessed a cashier, who was clearly under 18, being harshly scolded by a customer for something that wasn’t her fault. Rather than removing her from the situation, management forced her to stay, with tears streaming down her face, and apologize to the customer for something she didn’t do. The manager didn’t even check if she was okay afterward; they just left her to cry. This place should NOT be employing minors if they aren’t going to protect them.
