I must say that ensuring orders are accurate doesn't seem to be as important as collecting payments.
Typically, it’s a wonderful experience. The restrooms are very clean and tidy, and the staff is courteous as well.
This is my favorite Tim Hortons! While the drive-thru lines can get long at times, my order is always accurate. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I often use the drive-thru. Some employees really brighten my day with their wonderful personalities. Simcoe could definitely benefit from more than just two Tim Hortons to cater to the needs of this expanding community and surrounding area.
The customer service was outstanding. Sarah was incredibly helpful with taking our order. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the coffee was delicious!
