Double angus, nuggets and fringes. I'm on the money that I'm in sight of the kitchen. I pressed to the cash register, the grill is not lit and was said the nuggets will take a bit longer and the cook will align the meal to finish together. iwhen i xlmyxxxx observing that the grill was never lit, said that they did not educate and did not know how to cook, I asked the cook and was tolxjd the burger was taken from a tablet and reheated. I was looking for a freshly cooked burger. this was met with a resistance of the cashier and who I suspected was the manager, finally the cook agreed while they were cooking the one of the workers handed over by the cook and said she should spit in the burger I immediately confronted the hired and said I go here what they said, they want to say this again, and the person said yes, she should spit in the burger I lost my cool After I complained to complaining to the office, the owner sent me by e-mail that the hired person was temporarily suspended and I was reported to the police. he called the head of the division and said that the thing was done. what happens when the employee returns. who knows what else is doing on sydney simmonds mississauga, ontario.

It exceeded my expectations and satisfied my hunger pangs.

As we ordered there were sev... read more It appears that these people are not very well organized. Ordered a standard fare of burgers, onion rings and frickles with drinks. As we ordered there were several others in line before us. Saw 7 burgers and two onion rings in the warming rack. One...person doing sandwich dressings. Loads of others running around like chickens. Two cooks in back. Cook was way ahead of sandwich dresser and thus the burgers sat and sat on the racks getting colder each minute. Finally a second dresser came on deck and helped out. Our burgers and food was warm and not hot. This place was very poorly organized with their staff. Manager seemed to be rattled about something. Not enough counter people on duty. Will not go back. Will not go back. Have been here several times before but this visit cinched it.

Had been thrown together it looked like. Asked for everything on it but only got a pickle and lettuce Pickles were terrible. Worst hamburger I have had. Not impressed. Won't be going back.

Staff seemed to be inexperience as well.
