This is my favorite Tim Hortons! While the drive-thru lines can get long at times, my order is always accurate. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I often use the drive-thru. Some employees really brighten my day with their wonderful personalities. Simcoe could definitely benefit from more than just two Tim Hortons to cater to the needs of this expanding community and surrounding area. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Tim Hortons:
must be the worst tim hortons in the district. consistently from the breakfast food, especially. extremely slow service, inside and in the drive through. the staff does not seem to care about getting orders as they stand around while there are a series of people waiting for their coffee and eating they have ordered. I must say that ensuring orders are accurate doesn't seem to be as important as collecting payments.
Typically, it’s a wonderful experience. The restrooms are very clean and tidy, and the staff is courteous as well.

The customer service was outstanding. Sarah was incredibly helpful with taking our order. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the coffee was delicious!
The service can be quite slow, and sometimes even mobile orders placed 10 minutes before arrival take a long time to fulfill. The staff seems a bit disorganized, and it often feels like there's no clear leadership or direction regarding tasks and operations.
