Would have given zero stars if it was an option. f you like to feel valued as a customer don't visit this place. When my partner and I called to complain about the food we got for take out I was hung up on by the counter person and then she ignored my calls. When the owner came on the phone she raised her voice and refused to make any effort to correct the complaint. When I told her I would post negative reviews if she told me to go ahead and she doesn't care. Avoid this dive restaurant that treats their customers like ****. We will spread the word about our experience and never return. Management you really should value the people that support your business and learn some customer service skills. You treated us terribly and that isn't acceptable and you should care about your negative reviews and unhappy customers.

I ordered take out. It was correct and on time. The food was hot. Fork and napkins were given. I will return.

Officially the worst food I've had in Norfolk. #1 very saucy #2 overcooked noodles #3 We had requests for no pPeas or Tofu due to allergies and they said no problem but included them anyway. What a bad experience. We always get enough to have leftovers. Everything went into the trash. Of the 4 of us no one finished their meal

Your prices are becoming astronomical!!! By far the most expensive Chinese food in Norfolk and Brant County. This is our go to Chinese take out place. We would order more regularly if the price of the food didn’t keep going up. I’ve noticed your also getting very sloppy with your methods. The chicken balls are absolutely saturated in oil. I’m sure they come right out of the oil and straight into the take out box. They should be set on a rack for a couple minutes to let the oil drain and then packaged. When we get them the box is completely drenched in oil and the chicken balls themselves are not crispy and just completely saturated in oil. This is only in the last year they have been coming this way. Definitely not as good as they use to be.
