Was Fred M at A & W Simcoe a mag?
A&W is my favourite burger place. I enjoyed a tasty Teen Burger with Fries and drink. But you would think that when you go trough Drive Thru they would put some napkins in your bag. View all feedback.
What April K dislikes about A & W Simcoe:
I ordered through drive thru a simple order of onion rings. When I came to the window two behind the counter one all dressed in black I imagine the manager as she stood out from the other staff Gathering garbages handling money and prepping food. As I watched slightly in awe and shock waiting to see if these two women behind the counter will wash their hands prior to touching my food that needs to be bag too soon and... View all feedback.

When we choose to have a burger it is off to A&W Simcoe to have a mama burger combo. It is a nice little restaurant with friendly service.
I love A&W and as it's the only one in Simcoe I'm glad that this restaurant is excellent. Service is prompt and friendly. Food has been great every time I've gone.
Had another wonderful lunch here this week Mama burger combo. Nice clean restaurant. Not overly large but sufficient . Washroom very clean again!.
We went to A&W because for every teen burger you purchase one dollar goes to MS. the servers were not with it, two people got burger with nothing on it, they forgot. The floor was dirty, the ladies washroom was not clean, the toilet seat did not fit the toilet, the place needs a very good cleaning. There was so many flies flying around you could not eat your dinner. Our food was cold.
A&W received mixed reviews recently, with some diners expressing disappointment in their experience. Complaints included long wait times, disorganization, and unsatisfactory food quality. Others appreciated the fast service, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and delicious food options. Despite a variety of opinions, A&W remains a popular choice for many customers in Simcoe.

The food is tasty and the root beer is top-notch at this restaurant. However, when I specifically ordered a burger with just mustard, I was disappointed to find that it was made with everything on it. Unfortunately, I had to throw it away as I was already gone from the store when I discovered the mistake. With a busy daily work schedule, I don't have time to go back and get errors fixed. As a diabetic, it's important for me to eat at specific times and I am frustrated by mistakes on my order.
I visited this restaurant to support a charitable cause. When we arrived, it wasn't very busy but the staff appeared disorganized, not coordinating well with each other. It seemed like they were short-staffed on a special day, with only one person trying to manage everything. It took around 10 minutes to place our order, even though there were only 2 people ahead of us. The first couple in line was still waiting for their food 30 minutes later. The staff had forgotten about them until my daughter pointed out that they were there before us. Orders were being given to people who arrived after the couple and us, and they were all the same order. It has been a while since I last visited this restaurant. I think a mystery shopper from the head office should come and evaluate the staff. We arrived around 6:45 PM and it is now 7:22 PM. I must say, the fries were warm because my daughter made sure to check them, as they had been sitting in the warming tray for a long time (20 minutes). The cashier was multitasking, taking orders from both the front counter and the drive-thru, and even had to deliver orders to cars. The tables were not very clean and many chairs were unstable. Despite eating after 6 PM, they could have used more staff as it remained busy even after we started eating. Not everyone dines at 5 PM.
I hadn't been to an A&W in years, so I was excited to try their burgers after all the advertising I had seen. Unfortunately, the actual food did not live up to the hype. I ordered the mozzarella burger, fries, and root beer. The burger was bland and lacked any real flavor. The fries were decent, but nothing special. My wife tried the new spicy habanero burger, but found it to be far from spicy. The onion rings she ordered were overly greasy and she couldn't even finish them. The service at the drive-through was disappointing, with the employee seeming disinterested and unfriendly. Overall, it was a very disappointing dining experience.
They are very quick and food is great other then how they are very rude to other staff, and how they dont wear gloves to prepare food... they also like to talk badly about customers as they are gone.
