Dunkin' - Silvis
Dunkin'
Description
Local donut-and-coffee outpost charms with friendly, often fast morning staff, standout donuts, and wallet-friendly breakfast options, plus ample parking and wheelchair access. Takeout and online/drive-thru orders are convenient, though service and food quality can be inconsistent—soggy breakfast sandwiches, uneven iced coffee, and occasional slow or curt evening shifts. Staff generally resolve mistakes well, making it a dependable quick-stop for families, commuters, and coffee lovers despite variable evenings.

Doors are locked every time I visit; drive thru only. But I?m walking from the Walmart auto center.
It is so difficult with this place because you can never tell when they're open inside or not, when you pull inside to park then they got a line of vehicles and it's hard to get back out. Their drive-thru service is so slow, most the time I order a coupledonuts and a orange juice and it takes sometimes 5 minutes just for that.
I recently spent almost $20 on two sandwiches and a drink, and I am quite disappointed. Both sandwiches were soggy croissants filled with flavorless eggs that had no salt, pepper, or seasoning at all. Each sandwich contained just one slice of bacon, which was cut in half. I will definitely not be spending that much money again on soggy bread, a tiny piece of bacon, and bland eggs.
I stopped by Dunkin' Donuts for a coffee and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they prepared my order. The staff working that morning were friendly and patient while I made my choice. I would definitely come back to this location and am looking forward to trying more items from their menu.
