I was pleasantly surprised at the craft and care that goes into the food. This pizza is made with intentionality and thought. The pizza was light, the cheese melty smooth (because they grate it fresh) with a crust with a bit of crunch and good chew. Don't get me started on cinnamon puffs or pepperoni rolls. If you live close, this should be your regular pizza shop

New management is much better! Staff and management are very kind and care about the customers.

This was our first visit. Very good experience. Workers were helpful and friendly. Pizza was great! I have been partial to another pizza place in the area because of their steak and ranch pizza. Tried the triceratops gourmet pizza at Adrian’s on Thompson Run Road in Pittsburgh, and it was fantastic. We will be returning here quite often.

Adrian’s Pizza offers a menu of not only pizzas but also appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, calzones, strombolis, wings, gyros, etcetera. Some pizza flavors are very unique, such as breakfast scrambled eggs, chicken parmesan, cheddar macaroni, pickles, and pot roast. Several times, I have ordered foods from Adrian’s. The employees have always been prompt and polite. My favorite foods are the pierogies, veggie wedgie, Sicilian pizza, pierogi pizza, apple-pie pizza, pulled-pork pizza, and vegetarian flatbread. I thought that the general tso’s pizza tasted just OK.
