Teller House - Silverton
Teller House
Description
In Silverton, an intriguing yet polarizing dining and lodging scene awaits. The hotel, now under new management, presents a clean, original space but lacks essential customer service and amenities, leaving guests wanting. Issues with reservations and rude staff have marred the experience for many.
Conversely, the culinary scene shines at Rudy's, where patrons rave about the delicious, homemade Mexican cuisine and vibrant atmosphere. Standout dishes include carne asada and fresh fish tacos, accompanied by refreshing, natural margaritas. For those seeking quality dining, Rudy's promises a delightful experience, making it a worthy stop in town.

Absolutely beautiful room. quiet cozy hotel in the middle of silverton. to the foot of shops and restaurants. the place where only the story is missing.
Clean and cozy. No a/c, no TV, last minute booking (full campgrounds into a single queen-bed room with no bathroom (community down the hall Since we were 2 dudes on an overland trip, they provided a blow up mattress so we didnt have to share a bed. Kudos.
This is a very nice clean hotel. There is no air or TV. We had the room facing the street, which you had to open windows for air so you got to hear on the noise on the street. Its a self check place so if you need anything ask the housekeeping in morning.
Everytime we are in Silverton we have at least 1 meal here. It is always good food and service. If you drink adult beverages you have to try the jalapeño margarita.
