Pho Noodle Cafe - Silverthorne

This was my first time Pho (FINALLY) and Pho Noodle Cafe was evil good. Very friendly staff. They give you a number of shrimps, and you can ask for extra broth and/or extra noodles. The regular bowl was perfect for lunch. At the moment they still try to get a fleet license to allow guests BYOB, FYI! They are open from 11:30 8 but sometimes closed early when they run out of Pho. I recommend very!!!

Most locals say that Pho Square in Frisco is the best in the county, well after eating both several times, I can confidently say that this place is the best in the county and one of the best in the state! I'll be 3 times a week. Eat here! You won't regret it!

The Pho restaurant on the left side of the northern end of the main tow in Silverthorne, past the exit mall and target, is a must to try skiing after a day! I have eaten in many Pho restaurants from NYC to Chicago and many smaller cities. The cattle broth is as rich and delicious as any place I was while the chicken left a little to wish. As others mentioned, the service is beyond and beyond, especially for a resort city. We ordered it. Instead of giving us Pho fully prepared where the noodles would sit in the hot broth and get soggy, they packed separately and we added them when we were ready to eat. I asked to go to Siracha, and of course, she committed, but also encouraged me to try her garlic chili sauce, which was a great addition to the Pho. While we waited for our order to be ready, they even have my 4 years old a small bowl of lychee ice to try. I highly recommend to support this small family business!

A so delicious experience! I love finding the most authentic dishes and it really meets home here. If you ask how to eat properly Pho, the boss was more than happy to demonstrate!

This was a great restraunt! We came from Texas all the way to Denver and it was the best pho restraunt by far! The service is super friendly and their is much detail that goes into the food. Definitely a must if you are traveling in colorado!!
