An amazing Arby location. Clean restaurant and very friendly and professional staff. The food was prepared quickly and accurately. The rear window has a breathtaking view of the mountains. The manager frequently scolded the employees during my visit, my order was incorrect, and the atmosphere was negative overall. Even my cat did not enjoy the experience. View all feedback.
I am a fan of Arby's, but this particular location is by far the worst one I have ever been to. I always order the Beef Cheddar sandwich, but here the buns are consistently stale. The portion sizes also vary here, unlike at other Arby's locations. During my most recent visit, I had to endure the smell of cigarette smoke as an employee was smoking next to the drive-thru sign where I placed my order. The sandwich still tasted awful. This will be my last time visiting this Arby's. It is the worst Arby's ever.
This Arby's needs some serious updates. The restaurant feels like a time warp to 1993, complete with potholes in the parking lot. The drive thru speaker system seems to be stuck in the past, possibly last updated before Clinton was president.
The sight of a female manager shouting at the employees is very unprofessional. It's no surprise that this location is in need of hiring. My heart went out to the employees.
