I asked her to repeat herself,... read more When it came time for my son to order, he politely told her what he wanted, but she mumbled something while facing away from him. I asked her to repeat herself, and she responded by snapping at us, calling us stupid for not understanding her. I was infuriated by her treatment of my son, but I didn’t react aggressively. Instead, I calmly asked why she was being so rude and mentioned that it’s hard to understand her when she’s mumbling with her back turned. Afterward, I spoke to the previous customer outside, and we both couldn’t believe we were treated this way in Silverthorne. I’ve been stopping by this Subway for years on my travels between Vail and Denver, but I won’t be returning. I hope the franchise owner sees this, as I suspect this unpleasant person might be the manager. She completely ruined our day, and my son was left confused as to why she would call us stupid. Truly disappointing.

When I asked the woman if she could check what types of meat there were, she flatly said no and seemed frustrated. With that aluminum cover blocking my view, I really didn't feel comfortable ordering anything since I had no idea what was on offer.

The one lady didn't speak En... read more We both wanted 6 sandwiches and we're told a ehas to buy foot longs. Then they cut the foot longs into two halves (meaning 6 each). The one lady didn't speak English and was making my flat bread sandwich like a burrito and didn't understand that the meat and toppings goes long ways, not across the short side in the middle of the bread. Bread was stale. We usually love Subway and this was beyond disappointing.
